Restaurant Dashboard Self Serve Settings
Feature highlights ✨
- All tipping settings are completely self-serve and now include the No Tip option
- New “Automatically Include Bag” setting allows restaurants to add a bag by default to their customer’s carts and the bag can be removed by the customer

Guestbook Updates
You now have access to the profiles of your customers in Guestbook! Customer profiles show important information about their relationship with your store to add more context to your conversations.

We’ve added the number of unread messages and a message preview to the dashboard. You can click into your conversations from this page.
Menu feedback
App users can share their menu feedback directly with owners! You’ll find this feedback highlighted in your Guestbook conversations so you can review these requests, comments, and questions about your menu.
Gift Card Redemption on Register
- Gift cards are linked to customer phone numbers, so once the customer’s number is entered, they can decide if they want to apply their gift card balance to their purchase
Register Improvements
- The cart of the register now shows an order’s total rather than the subtotal. Total is clickable so employees can view the order’s tax and applicable fees.
- Item and order level notes are now indicated in the register’s orders tab. This will allow employees to view all customer inputed notes to increase order accuracy!
